Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By installing, launching, accessing, or using CALLTUNES, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use CALLTUNES.

You must be old enough to use Discord under Discord's own terms and must comply with laws that apply to you. If you use CALLTUNES for an organization or community, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

2. What CALLTUNES provides

CALLTUNES provides shared-media features inside Discord, which may include synchronized playback, shared queues, playlists, favorites, participant controls, Watch mode, and links or embeds from supported third-party media services.

Features, providers, limits, and availability may change as Discord or third-party services change their APIs, embed rules, technical requirements, or policies.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse CALLTUNES. You may not use the service to violate Discord's rules or applicable law; infringe copyrights, privacy, publicity, or other rights; bypass provider restrictions, access controls, rate limits, authentication, or technical safeguards; distribute malware or harmful code; interfere with the service or other users; or impersonate others.

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.

4. Third-party media and content

CALLTUNES does not grant you rights to third-party music, video, streams, artwork, or other media. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of media is lawful and permitted by the relevant provider.

Media playback may depend on services such as YouTube, SoundCloud, Twitch, Kick, Discord, or direct media hosts. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Provider branding and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

CALLTUNES may open a source on its original service when embedded playback is unavailable or not permitted. We do not promise that every URL, live stream, video, or provider will remain playable.

5. Shared sessions and permissions

Shared-session controls may allow a host to permit or restrict queue editing and playback actions. Users are responsible for actions they take within a shared session. Session roles and host status can change when participants join, leave, reconnect, or transfer control.

6. Saved data and shared playlists

CALLTUNES may allow you to save playlists or favorites and create share links. Do not place confidential, illegal, or sensitive material in playlist names, URLs, or shared content. A person who receives a valid share link may be able to import the shared playlist.

7. Availability and changes

CALLTUNES is provided on an as-available basis. We may update, suspend, limit, replace, or discontinue features when needed for maintenance, security, provider compatibility, Discord requirements, or product changes.

8. Intellectual property

CALLTUNES's original software, interface, branding, documentation, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to its operators, except for third-party materials. These Terms do not transfer ownership of CALLTUNES or third-party content to you.

9. No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CALLTUNES is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or compatibility with every Discord client, device, media source, or provider.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CALLTUNES and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, provider outages, unavailable media, or interruption of service arising from your use of CALLTUNES. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as CALLTUNES evolves. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
